Weight Loss Tips Without Starvation

Don’t just think about weight loss diet, but plan to do a healthy lifestyle. A diet is temporary, is hard to keep and when it’s over, you gain back the weight. But if you are focusing on a lifestyle shift you will achieve permanent changes for the rest of your life.
Start your weight loss program by eating several small meals and never skip meals especially breakfast. Instead of eating 3 big meals, try to eat 5 - 6 smaller meals throughout the day. It helps to balance your calorie intake throughout the day and blood sugar level. Please, eat a small meal every few hours (3-4 for example) or before you are feeling hungry.
